By accessing and using Gemora Studio ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our Service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All jewelry designs, CAD files, and renders uploaded to Gemora Studio remain the intellectual property of the user. Gemora Studio does not claim ownership of your designs.

We reserve the right to use anonymized renders for marketing purposes unless explicitly opted out in your account settings.

3. Subscription Terms

Gemora Studio operates on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• Billing occurs on the same day each month
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds for partial months
• Access continues until the end of the billing period after cancellation

4. Usage Limits

Each subscription tier includes specific usage limits for renders, videos, and 3D embeds. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or temporary service suspension.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Gemora Studio is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gemora Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
