Cancellation/Refund

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Gemora Studio subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation is effective immediately, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
How to Cancel:
- Log in to your Gemora Studio account
- Navigate to Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
2. Refund Policy
Gemora Studio operates on a no-refund policy for monthly subscriptions. This is because our service provides instant access to AI-powered rendering capabilities.
Exceptions:
- Billing errors or duplicate charges will be refunded in full
- Service outages exceeding 48 hours may qualify for prorated refunds
- First-time subscribers may request a refund within 7 days if no renders were generated
3. What Happens After Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data is retained for 30 days for potential reactivation
- After 30 days, you can download your files before permanent deletion (90 days total)
4. Reactivation
You may reactivate your subscription at any time. If reactivated within 30 days of cancellation, all your previous data and renders will be restored.
5. Downgrading Plans
You may downgrade your subscription tier at any time. The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for downgrades.
6. Upgrading Plans
When upgrading, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle, and the new plan takes effect immediately.
7. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact our billing support team within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
