• CAD Files: 3D models uploaded for rendering (.3dm, .glb, .stl, .obj)
• User Photos: Images uploaded for AI try-on features
• Usage Data: Render history, feature usage, performance metrics
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to:

• Process renders and generate visualizations
• Improve our AI models and rendering algorithms
• Provide customer support
• Send service updates and billing notifications
• Analyze usage patterns to enhance the platform

3. Data Storage & Security

All CAD files and user data are encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure with regular security audits.

Your files are stored securely in the cloud and are accessible only to you and authorized Gemora Studio personnel for support purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your CAD files and renders for the duration of your active subscription plus 30 days. After account cancellation, all user data is permanently deleted within 90 days.

5. Third-Party Services

Gemora Studio uses the following third-party services:

• Payment Processing: Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Cloud Storage: AWS S3
• Analytics: Google Analytics (anonymized)
• Email: SendGrid

These services have their own privacy policies and data handling practices.
